RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION
The management of FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD is obliged to provide the client with the requested and confirmed services according to the data specified during the reservation – guest’s name, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children, type of room and selected additional services.
All additional requests specified in the “Note” field during the reservation will be fulfilled if possible and subject to availability.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 on the day of arrival.
The premises must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out services can be provided upon availability for an additional fee.
Accommodation of children under 18 years of age is allowed when accompanied by a parent or legal representative.
Pets are accepted for an additional fee and after prior confirmation by FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices published on the website https://fantasy-apartments.com/ are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT, tourist tax and all services explicitly indicated in the relevant room or offer.
The total cost of the reservation is automatically calculated based on the period of stay, number of guests, room type, and applicable seasonal rates.
To confirm the reservation, the client pays a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value via:
- online payment with debit or credit card;
- bank transfer;
- another method offered by the booking system.
The remaining amount can be paid according to the terms and conditions stated at the time of booking.
FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD reserves the right to change prices and special offers at any time. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the price is not subject to change.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
A change to a confirmed reservation without penalty can be requested up to 30 calendar days before the check-in date, subject to availability and possibility of fulfillment.
Cancellation without penalty can be made up to 30 calendar days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation or modification made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the prepaid deposit of 30% of the reservation value will be retained as a penalty.
In case of no-show, the deposit is not refundable.
All refunds will be made to the same payment method used to receive payment, within 30 calendar days of cancellation approval.
Bank fees and refund costs are at the customer’s expense, where applicable.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS
1. Online payment with debit or credit card
FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD accepts payments through the secure myPOS payment system.
Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic and Maestro cards are accepted.
When choosing this method, the customer is redirected to a secure myPOS payment page, where they enter the necessary card details.
Bank card data is not stored by FANTASTIC APARTMENTS EOOD and is processed solely by the licensed payment service provider myPOS in accordance with applicable security standards.
All payments are made via an encrypted SSL connection and additional identification mechanisms according to Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check requirements.
2. Bank transfer
The customer can make a payment by bank transfer to the following account:

When making a bank transfer, the client should indicate the reservation number or the guest’s name as the reason for payment.
After making the payment, it is recommended that the payment document be sent to:

The reservation is considered confirmed after the due amount is received in the bank account and confirmed by FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD.
3. Payment on site
For certain reservations and after confirmation by FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD, payment upon check-in is possible.
IMPORTANT
If the required deposit is not paid within the specified period, FANTASTIC APARTMENTS LTD has the right to cancel the reservation automatically without further notice.
